1. Payment methods
Payments are processed by Stripe. You pay in advance, when placing the order. The payment form shows the methods available for your currency:
- payment cards (including Visa and Mastercard),
- Apple Pay and Google Pay,
- BLIK and Przelewy24 – when paying in PLN,
- iDEAL, Bancontact and EPS – when paying in EUR.
We do not accept cash on delivery or manual bank transfers. We do not store payment card details.
2. Delivery methods and costs
- Courier – free of charge. After dispatch you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
- In-store pickup at our studio (ul. 42 Pułku Piechoty 2, 15-181 Białystok, Polska) – free of charge, by appointment arranged by e-mail.
3. Delivery countries
- We ship to: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA.
- Shipments outside the European Union (Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees, which are paid by the recipient.
4. Processing and delivery time
- Every lamp is made to order. Processing time: 2–3 weeks from payment confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on the carrier: usually 1–2 business days within Poland, longer to other countries.
- If processing is delayed, we will let you know by e-mail – you can then cancel the order and get a full refund.
