How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each lamp is made to order in our studio in Białystok, Poland. Production takes 3–14 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery within Poland is typically 1–2 business days. For other European countries, delivery time varies by carrier.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

What is your return policy?

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To initiate a return, contact us at kontakt@klavo.studio. Please note that the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalised lamps cannot be returned.

How do I request a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost.

What materials are used?

Our lamps are made using 3D printing technology with PLA and PET-G filaments — recyclable materials derived from renewable sources. Each lamp is printed to order in our studio in Poland.

Question 7

Are the Bunta lamps dimmable?

Accepted Answer

Bunta lamps use an E27 socket and are compatible with dimmable LED bulbs. The dimming function depends on the bulb and dimmer switch you use — these are not included with the lamp. Maximum bulb power: 5W LED (higher wattage may damage the 3D-printed parts).

How do I care for my lamp?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Do not exceed 5W LED bulb power.

What warranty do you offer?

All our products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

I received a defective product — what should I do?

Please contact us at kontakt@klavo.studio with photos of the defect and your order number. We will respond within 14 calendar days and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
