Question 1

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Each lamp is made to order in our studio in Białystok, Poland. Production takes 2–3 weeks, followed by shipping. Delivery within Poland is typically 1–2 business days. For other countries, delivery time varies by carrier.

Question 2

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes — courier delivery is free to every country we ship to. You can also collect your order free of charge from our studio in Białystok. Shipments outside the European Union (Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, the USA) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are paid by the recipient.

Question 3

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Question 4

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason — just send us a statement at kontakt@klavo.studio. Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing; you cover the cost of return shipping. The original packaging is not required, but please pack the lamp securely. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Charms lamps designed in the configurator or other products made to your specifications — lamps from our standard range (e.g. Bunta) can be returned.

Question 5

How do I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

We will refund all payments, including delivery costs up to our cheapest delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back. The refund goes to your original payment method.

Question 6

What materials are used?

Accepted Answer

Our lamps are made using 3D printing technology with PLA and PET-G filaments — recyclable materials derived from renewable sources. Each lamp is printed to order in our studio in Poland.

Question 7

Are the Bunta lamps dimmable?

Accepted Answer

Bunta lamps use an E27 socket and are compatible with dimmable LED bulbs. The dimming function depends on the bulb and dimmer switch you use — these are not included with the lamp. Maximum bulb power: 5W LED (higher wattage may damage the 3D-printed parts).

Question 8

How do I care for my lamp?

Accepted Answer

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Do not exceed 5W LED bulb power.

Question 9

Are the lamps covered by a warranty?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee, but for 2 years from delivery we are liable by law for the goods' conformity with the contract. If a lamp turns out to be defective, you can request a repair or replacement and, in certain cases, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. See Returns & Complaints for details.

Question 10

I received a defective product — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Please email kontakt@klavo.studio with your order number, a description and photos of the defect, and what you request (e.g. repair or replacement). We will respond within 14 calendar days. We cover the cost of repair or replacement, including shipping.

Question 11

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept payment cards (including Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus BLIK and Przelewy24 when paying in PLN. When paying in EUR, iDEAL, Bancontact and EPS are also available. We do not accept cash on delivery or manual bank transfers.

Question 12

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
