1. General Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.

• The Customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing an order means acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Placing Orders

• Orders can be placed 24/7 through the form on the store website.
• The Customer is obliged to provide true data necessary for order fulfillment.
• After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation to their email address.

3. Payments and Delivery

• Available payment methods, costs and delivery methods, as well as order processing time are described in detail in the Delivery and Payment section.

• All prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

• The rules for withdrawal from the contract, returns and complaints are described in detail in the Returns and Complaints section.

• The contract withdrawal form is available for download on the website.

5. Personal Data Protection

• Customer personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy available in the Privacy Policy section.

6. Cookies

• The store uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the Cookie Policy available in the Cookie Policy section.

7. Final Provisions

• In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law applies.

• The Customer has the possibility to use out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims (ADR/ODR), including the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

• These Terms and Conditions are effective from 12.08.2025 and are available on the store website.
