2. Definitions
Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Sole trader with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business, where the contract is not of a professional nature for them (based on the business activity registered in CEIDG). They have the right of withdrawal, statutory warranty on consumer terms and protection against unfair terms.
Customer – anyone using the Store, including consumers and businesses.
3. Electronic services
We provide free of charge: the cart and order form, the Charms lamp configurator (including saving a design and e-mailing a link to it), the contact form and quote requests, and the newsletter.
The newsletter is provided for an indefinite period – you can unsubscribe at any time (link in each message or an e-mail to us). The other services end when you leave the site or when your request has been handled.
Technical requirements: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail address.
Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
Complaints about these services can be sent to kontakt@klavo.studio – we will respond within 14 days.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Product information in the Store is an invitation to conclude a contract.
You place an order via the cart and payment form. Before paying you see a summary: products, total price, delivery method and cost.
Clicking the "Pay" button means placing an order with an obligation to pay. The sales contract is concluded when the order is placed; we send a confirmation by e-mail.
Individually priced lamps (e.g. requests from the Charms configurator) are ordered by accepting the offer we send by e-mail.
Contracts are concluded in Polish or, in the English version of the Store, in English.
5. Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are gross (VAT included) and shown in PLN, EUR or USD, depending on the country selected in the Store.
Payment is made in advance, when placing the order. Payment methods, delivery methods and costs, delivery countries and processing times are described in Delivery and Payment.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are paid by the recipient.
Discount codes can be used on the terms stated when they are issued; they cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
This right does not apply to products made to the Customer's specifications – in particular Charms lamps designed in the configurator.

7. Complaints
Towards consumers we are liable for the goods' conformity with the contract for 2 years from delivery; sole traders with consumer rights have statutory warranty on consumer terms.
Towards other businesses we are liable under the statutory warranty provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
Data processing and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use, among others, mediation or arbitration at the regional Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) and free assistance from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman. Information: prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
Consumers from other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre: konsument.gov.pl.
10. Final provisions
Contracts are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Disputes with businesses (other than sole traders with consumer rights) are resolved by the court competent for the Seller's registered address.
We may amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law, payment or delivery methods). Orders placed before an amendment are fulfilled under the version in force when they were placed.
These Terms are effective from 30.09.2026. You can save or print them at any time.
