Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

• Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
• The period runs from the day you receive the goods or, for several items delivered separately, from receipt of the last one.
• Simply send us a statement before the deadline, e.g. by e-mail to kontakt@klavo.studio. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt of your statement by e-mail.

2. Returning the goods and refunds

• Send the goods to the address in section 5 no later than 14 days after withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
• We will refund all payments, including delivery costs (up to our cheapest delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever comes first.
• The refund uses the same payment method unless you agree to another – at no cost to you.
• You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The original packaging is not required – but please pack the lamp so that it is not damaged in transit.

3. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

• For goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised – in particular Charms lamps designed in the configurator and products made to individual arrangements (e.g. colours or dimensions outside our range).
• Lamps from our standard range (e.g. Bunta in the available variants) can be returned, even if we make them after you order.

4. Complaints – lack of conformity with the contract

• We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.
• Send your complaint by e-mail to kontakt@klavo.studio or by post to the address in section 5. Include your contact details, order number, a description of the defect (ideally with photos) and what you request.
• You can request repair or replacement. If both are impossible, were not carried out within a reasonable time, the defect persists or is serious enough to justify it immediately – you can request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract (withdrawal is not available for a minor lack of conformity).
• We cover the cost of repair or replacement, including shipping.
• We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If we do not, the complaint is deemed accepted.
• We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee.
