Before a KLAVO product reaches our customers, it goes through a careful production process.
We are proud to manufacture locally in Poland, in Podlasie, using only high-quality materials from trusted European suppliers. This significantly reduces our carbon footprint.
Full responsibility for the product. We take on the whole production process. From the idea, through the design and its technical transfer onto the machine park, through every stage of making. It all happens in our studio, under the eye of a technologist.
Quality first. Every component comes from trusted suppliers and is delivered straight to our warehouse. Once it arrives, it goes through strict quality checks so it can serve for as long as possible.
With the environment in mind. We support sustainable production with biodegradable materials made from renewable sources such as corn starch or sugar cane, which can be processed again. We also use FSC and PEFC certified plywood, a guarantee that the wood was sourced with care for forests and their inhabitants, and we finish it with natural beeswax products. We pay the same attention to how we make and ship our products — always in cartons with ecological filling.
